ABSTRACT This research work focused on the acceptance of “Electronic Health Record for Improving Quality of Health Service Delivery. The study was carried out at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, Kano State, Nigeria with three specific objectives: investigating the level of Acceptance of Electronic Health Records; Extent at which Electronic Health Records Improves the Quality of Health Service Delivery; and to establish the relationship between Acceptance of Electronic Health Records, Employee Satisfaction and Quality of Health Service Delivery. Quantitative research method with descriptive correlation analysis was the approach adopted. Data was analyzed using SPSS. Findings of the study indicated that, 43.8% (majority) of the participants amongst the departments surveyed, were educated to a diploma level, 16.4% are Bachelor degree holders, while 11 .0% are educated above Bachelor degree level. Majority are between the ages of 20-30 years. Most of the employees accept and use Electronic Health Record System in order to enhance their job performance and they also believed that the system is very useful in their work. The research further revealed that Electronic Health Record improves Service Quality in Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital. The result of running correlation analysis revealed a moderate significant relationship between Performance Expectancy and Quality of El-IR Service (r=.342~*, p
